Hello friends, here’s a little background on myself. Before I started my home inspection business, for the last 20 years, I was involved in residential building maintenance and repair in both the multifamily and single-family housing industries, including apartments and rental houses. I hold several certifications in heating and air, pools, and spas, as well as Internachi certifications for home inspection, deck inspection, electrical inspections, plumbing, roof, appliance repair, water leaks, toilets, doors and windows, foundation, and floors. To sum it up, I want folks to know that I not only know what to look for but also how it will be diagnosed and repaired.
